January 22, 2022. The FCA robotics team, Robo Knights, hosted and won their first competition since the pandemic. It was a fun competition but close against the Wheaton Knights and Capital City Robotics. The game was called Tipping Point. It's based on who gets the most points. Teams get a point by putting rings on the branches of mobile goals. One round was driver controlled and the other round was autonomous (in which the robot operates by itself). During the first round we lost to Central City. In the second round we were losing but we risked it all in one program which gave us the win. We won first place and then headed out for another competition in Baltimore on February 6. To know about the February 6 competition click here.
