OCT. 17, 2017: On June 9th, 2017, the up-and-coming artist, SZA came out the cut with a debut album. The album was ranked in the top 50 that came out in 2017. The name of the album is CTRL which stands for “control” on the keyboard. Sza’s album, CTRL made 55K. This album also is ranked #3 on the Billboard 200.
I was able to listen to her album and when I listened to it, it was so relatable. Females and sometimes even males can relate to almost every song. In an article from Vogue the writer says, “ SZA’s album made my girl break up with me. She said listening to that made her realize she deserves better.” I can totally relate. This album has different songs for different situations. I love everything about this album.
In conclusion, I recommend that people go buy and/or listen to this album because they’ll be able to feel SZA’s music. If I had to rate this album from 1 being the lowest and 10 being the highest, I would rate this album a 10.
