NOV. 2, 2015: Former FNN columnist Canaan Walker, immersed himself into the family business. His grandmother Marci “Madam” Walker not only runs a beauty salon but also runs non-profit organization that assist domestic violence victims. Canaan helps his grandmother plan events like the S.E.L.F. (Sister Empowered for Life by Faith) Image Awards where they celebrate survivors from abuse, mental illness and cancer. I have no doubt that Canaan will follow in the family tradition of empowering women in need.
