JUNE 4, 2015: A teacher and a neighborhood commissioner walk into a cafeteria: Even though Darrell and Devante have different professions, there is one thing in common. They feel the need to give back to their community. Besides coming back for FCA’s 3rd Annual Alumni Day, Devante loves to work with students and shows them no matter how bad your situation is, you can overcome it to reach your goals. As Advisory Neighborhood Commissioner, Darrell works closely with the Ward 8 community to ensure their concerns are heard.  These proud FCA alumni are both making a difference in a ward that has been neglected for decades. Hopefully Darrell and Devante will bring forth a positive change in our community.
