February 9, 2015 Foster Cares: Maya Foster is one of the most hard working people I have ever had the pleasure of knowing. While balancing academics and motherhood, Maya graduated from Friendship Collegiate Academy with a 3.6 GPA . She graduated with honors with a BA in Psychology from the University of North Carolina in 2012. In 2014, Maya received her license in Couples and Family Therapy from the University of Maryland. Now Maya has returned to FCA and has taken Mr. E’s place as Alumni Affairs Coordinator. She will help current seniors with their college applications and make sure they are prepared for the challenges that lie ahead. I hope Maya will stay as their guiding light for many years to come.
