Sharks, Sharks, Sharks Everywhere!
Story by Saphira Sawi 5th Grade FNN Reporter. Picture from google.com.
Greeting travelers, Before going to Grand Bahama Island, I felt like I wouldn't go swimming with sharks because they are vicious and independent. However, while on an adventure to Grand Bahama Island, I learned 3 interesting facts about sharks.
I learned that sharks can be trained by pro trainers not to bite or hurt others. They also only hurt people who try to hurt them.
I also learned that sharks don't have bones. Sharks only have flesh and skin, but no bones.
Finally, I learned sharks are worth a lot of money. People like to sell parts of sharks or just eat them.
Although I’m still not 100% ready to swim with sharks, they aren’t as dangerous as I thought they were and they are pretty cool fish.
