What Next For Peyton?

November 19, 2015. Peyton Manning, quarterback for the Denver Broncos, was benched Sunday and was replaced by backup quarterback Brock Osweiler. Before Peyton Manning was benched in Sunday’s game against the Kansas City Chiefs, he threw four interceptions, only completed five of twenty passes and only had 35 yards passing. To make it worse, he had a passer rating of 0.0. I have never heard of anyone not getting more the a 30.0 passer rating. This is starting to add more fuel to the fire, hinting that Peyton Manning can’t play quarterback anymore and should retire at the end of the season. I don’t know if it’s the arm because it

looks fine. I just think this new offense is still an adjustment for Peyton Manning. It isn’t completely bad for Peyton and the Broncos as they are still 7-2 and have a great defense that could take the pressure off Peyton, as well as an increasing load for the Broncos running backs. At the end of the day, Peyton still broke a record on Sunday as he now holds the career record for passing yards previously held by Brett Favre. Prior to the game, he needed three yards and got thirty-five.
