JAN. 23, 2020: On Tuesday, December 17, 2019, the Blow Pierce Arts Department hosted an incredible winter showcase called Arctic Chill. The students and teachers hosted a daytime show for students and staff and an evening show for family and friends.

The amazing performances featured a song selection by the school’s 4th grade music class, a skit by Ms. West’s kindergarten drama class, a tap performance by the 4th graders, a dance by the 6th and 7th grade dance class, a puppet show by the 4th grade art class, a solo performance by the art teacher, Mr. Walters, a song by the Sounds of Friendship Music Group, and a dance by the after school dance team.

One of the best features of this showcase was, students from Friendship News Network (FNN) were a part of it. Miracle Mason and Marquise Wade were tap dancers and they controlled puppets in the puppet show.

Anybody who did not make the morning show could go to the 5PM show on December 17, 2019. The students and teachers worked hard to put this show together and you can see their hard work through the wonderful featured performances. This was a 45-minute show you did not want to miss.

Marquise Wade is a 4th grade scholar at FPCS Blow Pierce.
