Clear Knee Mom Jeans: Fashion or Disaster?

JUNE 6, 2017: The Clear Knee Mom Jeans have recently exploded onto the interne scene. They have divided the internet. Some say the jeans are trashy while others enjoy the look of the jeans.

Created by Topshop, these jeans are retailing at $95. The pants have the look of mom jeans but with a twist. The knees are exposed! Clear plastic has been sewn into the rest of the fabric giving the jeans a “fresh” and “trendy” look.

I don't think the jeans should have been created. They shouldn't be worth $95. They look like Topshop tried to be creative but ran out of ideas and tried the first thing that came to mind. I also think something is very wrong if the first thing that comes to mind is clear knee mom jeans and that Topshop needs some help.
