Dance to the Beat and Move Your Feet!

FEB. 11, 2017. Over the years, dance has played an important role in helping people get in shape and be healthy. In 2016-17 there are all types of different dances. Some of the dances consist of JuJu on that beat, Running Man and of course, the famous Whip and Nae Nae. I personally don’t have a favorite dance because they are all great and very helpful when exercising. Usually, I get on apps (youtube) that show all the dances that are popular. You can also get on the app Dubsmash, Musically, Triller and plenty of others.
These days, there are many artists coming out with different types of songs. But I prefer remixes that add additional beats and rhythms to songs. I also like dancing to different types of music videos.
Some songs that you can dance to that I like are Hotline Bling, Bad and Boujee and The Mannequin Challenge. Some people don’t dance to songs, which is very peculiar to me. Some dance moves that I might do are Hit the Folks, Dab and Whip and Nae Nae. Those dances are new and very popular at the moment.
