News brief and photos by Justus Edwards, Erica Bell and Destiny Monroe.
On Wednesday, March 16, 2022, the National Honor Society committee inducted 22 students into the organization at Friendship Collegiate Academy in the auditorium. NSH committee member, Mrs. Parson stated that in order to be in the NHS, “You must have at least a 3.5 GPA and you must also receive a recommendation from your teacher. You also must show evidence of community service leadership, integrity and embody all the core values of Friendship.
New inductee Braylon Wims said, “I chose the Honor Society because I want to take another advantage that I am given by the school and put something better on my transcript for the future when I apply to college”.
Congratulations to all the National Honor Society students. Y’all did a good job.
