March 16, 2015: Break a Sweat with Ja-len:  Fresh out of Friendship Collegiate Academy, Ja-len returned to Alumni Day to share his first semester experience with current students.  He is interested in fitness and music. In a couple of years, he could give Shaun-T and Wale some competition.
