Resident Evil: Welcome to Raccoon City Gets Lukewarm Reception

The movie Resident Evil, Welcome to Racoon City started off good but had a lot of flaws too. If you watched it via youtube or played the video game series of the same name then you are very familiar with the story's origin the movie was based on.

There are two parts to this but the movie production was crammed into one movie which didn’t have much room for the characters to grow and improve. The movie is one hour and forty seven minutes long—without getting into spoilers.

I feel that everyone who's a Resident Evil fan should experience it for themselves. If you're not, it might be hard to get some references that are in the movie from the games. I would rate it a 4/10 but this is my opinion.
