The Dog-Like Sharks

February 7, 2021: Sharks are coming towards me. I don't know what to do. Is it because I am wearing my pizza suit or because they want to be petted? They were in my face and started acting like dogs, so I took a shaky hand and petted them.
My family went to the West Grand Bahamas for vacation and I never snorkeled before. I didn't know the Bahamas had so many sharks and I found out that nurse sharks are laid-back and mostly harmless.
While the weather in DC was 40 degrees, the weather in the Bahamas was 70 degrees. That is why many divers and snorkelers visit the Bahamas to swim with sharks. I could name all of them like Hammersharks, Oceanic White Tips, Tiger Sharks, and Silky Sharks.
I spent the whole time in the Bahamas swimming with the sharks. They were attracted to me the whole time. I will never forget when they saved me from drowning in the water. When I grow up, I would like to have sharks for pets instead of dogs. If you are someone like me you would love this trip. I thought the sharks keep you safe and care about you, like you are family. They did to me. I love the Bahamas and that the resort is so clean.
Here's some other things you can do in West Grand Bahamas: snorkeling, making bonfires, visiting Lucayan caves and beaches. And you know you can't go anywhere if you don’t eat. My mom loved Robinson's Seafood Delight and so did my brother. Enjoy your trip and swim with the sharks!
