NOV. 29, 2017: TJ Maxx department stores are already a favorite of many because of their affordable prices. If you like designer clothes at low prices, TJ Maxx and Marshall’s is your place to be. The department store chain has several stores around the world such as TJ Maxx, Marshalls, and Home Goods. These retail chains feature stylish brand-name clothes, shoes, furniture and housewares.

Recently the company has been receiving praise after announcing that they will still be paying their employees in Puerto Rico, although stores are closed due to Hurricane Maria.

The TJ Maxx spokeswoman said, “We believe it is the right thing for us to do under these circumstances.” As you know, Puerto Rico is still recovering from Hurricane Maria is a storm that destroyed thousands of homes and businesses last month. Thousands are still without power, running water, major food, and household products.

I love TJ Maxx for doing this amazing work! This is such a good deed on the company’s part. Many families are having a difficult time trying to survive having limited amounts of water, food and personal items. With the holiday season just approaching, these families could use all of the help they can get. I know where I’m going to tell my mom to do her Christmas shopping next month! This is a special place.
