Tomatoes and Fun!

September 9, 2021. Quinae’ Morton, Chasity Agbaje and Janira Yelverton picked tomatoes and enjoyed our school's harvest festival at Friendship Collegiate Academy. The school decided to show how eco-friendly we are. There were many vegetables such as tomatoes, peppers, cabbage, broccoli and watermelon. 

FCA sophomore Paris Murray summed it up when she said, “I think that they have a good reason for doing the urban garden. They did have a good reason for the festival, going green. You can really see that the veggies were harvested fresh.”
