Forever Evil: Rogues Rebellion

MARCH 22, 2017: Rogues Rebellion, the graphic novel I read was amazing. It’s a DC comic. It is about a group of criminals called the Rogues: Captain Cold, Heatwave, Mirror Master, Golden Glider, Weather Wizard, and Trickster. They’re trying to save their city from the “Crime Syndicate” (the evil earth-tree counterpart of the Justice League) but also trying not to get found. The story begins when the Rogues have just left a Syndicate meeting. They return home to see that it has been destroyed by Gorilla Grodd. The Rogues then travel to the Central Care Hospital to see if one of their members, Golden Glider is all right only to be disturbed by villains.

After the Rogues won the battle, they were ambushed by two of the Syndicate’s members, Power Ring and Deathstorm. While Captain Cold and Deathstorm talked, Power Ring freaked out because he thought that Trickster was pulling out a weapon which he wasn’t. Barely making it, they tried to escape through a Mirror World but were blasted by Power Ring, who destroyed the mirror, which separated them from their leader, Captain Cold. Without their leader, Heatwave, Mirror Master, Weather Wizard, and Trickster are stranded with a bounty on their head. Will they make it, or will they die trying?

I give this comic a seven out of ten because, in the comic, they changed the design of the pictures.
