The Race Between Technology & Disease

"Can we cure all diseases in our children's lifetime?"  It’s a question that Mark Zuckerberg and his wife Priscilla Chan are trying to answer. They want to put three billion dollars into research to take place at the Biohub at the University of California by bringing in engineers and scientists from various universities. They want to be able to have a cure for all known diseases by 2100. I do believe that it is a plausible idea with technology rapidly growing day by day and with 84 years to go we could see a spike in cures. However, new diseases are starting to increase as well.  We need to hurry up and cure diseases while they’re at their weakest because eventually we won’t be able to stop them or, there will be no cures in the future.
